Hi my name’s Jeremy Dyer, the owner of Dyer Demand Plumbing.
My Back Story: About five years ago during the pandemic, a challenging time when work was scarce in our industry and after working in plumbing for years, I dared to start my own plumbing business. Admittedly, several times during the most challenging moments, temptation to quit manifested but luckily never prevailed. I quickly learned starting a business brings many obstacles that require persistance to overcome. Nonetheless, I continued to work, diligently. Now thanks to God’s grace, my plumbing business steadily grows year over year, allowing my team and I to help many people in the Bay Area with plumbing issues.
My Qualifications: I’m what the state considers a ‘master plumber’ holding a C36 plumbing license (#1114670). Although that title might sound foreign to some, it simply means I’m a tested and certified plumber. A C-36 Plumbing Contractor’s License is a California license that allows contractors to manage plumbing projects in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. To obtain a C36 license, plumbers must have at least 4 years of plumbing experience, journey-man level or higher experience, pass a written law and business examination and a trade examination – and meet bond, insurance, and other requirements.
A Little About Me: When thinking of what to share about myself for this personal snippet, I can’t help but feel an urge to only mention my dogs. But I’ll fight the urge of typing endless paragraphs about them and simply say I’m the proud owner of two pomeranians who consume most of my spare time. Other things I like to do are spend time with my other half, visit family, exercise, and grow my plumbing business. I consider my life pretty ordinary but fulfilling and am grateful for even the smallest things.
